I lead Arnett International's executive search practice across aviation and regulated infrastructure. For over 20 years, I have worked in environments where governance, operational performance and public accountability sit side by side, supporting airport operators, delivery organisations and their stakeholders across the UK, Europe and the Gulf region through senior and critical appointments.
I work closely with boards and executive teams where the appointment has regulatory, operational and reputational consequence. In many cases, these mandates form part of formal succession planning discussions rather than reactive vacancy replacement. C-Suite Appointments: International Airport Operations (Gulf Region)
Led CFO, CCO and senior operational leadership appointments during one of the world's most complex peak operational periods. Mandates required leaders experienced in high-volume passenger environments, safety-critical governance and cross-cultural stakeholder management. The process required strong governance handling and stakeholder sensitivity across jurisdictions. Permanent and interim executives identified through whole-market mapping across the UK, Europe and the Gulf region.
Project Director Appointments: Major Infrastructure Programme (Healthcare & Data Centres)
Appointed two senior Project Directors to lead delivery across regulated healthcare facilities and hyperscale data centre programmes. Both mandates required leaders capable of operating within stringent compliance frameworks while managing commercial and stakeholder complexity.
