I oversee mandate discipline and delivery standards across Arnett International's aviation and regulated infrastructure practice. My role is to ensure that every appointment conducted following The Arnett Standard progresses with structure, pace and discretion.

I work directly with partners during live mandates, coordinating whole-market mapping, candidate engagement and governance reporting. In regulated environments, timelines are often shaped by external pressures and board reporting cycles. Process discipline must support those realities.

I maintain oversight of shortlist quality control, stakeholder communication and confidentiality protocols across jurisdictions. Structured milestone updates are maintained throughout, ensuring clarity and momentum at every stage.

Operational integrity in search mirrors operational integrity in leadership. My focus is to ensure that every mandate reflects the standards we expect from the leaders we identify.
