My focus is stakeholder coordination and candidate engagement within complex, highly scrutinised environments. I contribute to whole-market mapping and longlist development, ensuring that the defined leadership population is accurate before outreach begins.

During assessment, I manage interview scheduling, feedback consolidation and governance documentation so that decision-making remains structured and transparent.

Many of the leaders we engage are not actively seeking change. Credibility and clarity determine whether they enter a process. My role is to ensure that engagement remains professional and consistent from first contact to final appointment.

Search at this level demands precision as well as judgement. The process must be as disciplined as the outcome.
