Whole-market mapping forms the foundation of shortlist quality. I identify relevant leaders across jurisdictions, analyse tenure patterns and assess succession exposure to ensure that the defined market is comprehensive and context-specific.

In highly regulated environments, relevance is determined by governance structure, stakeholder landscape and operational phase, not title alone. My role is to ensure that mapping reflects those realities accurately.

I also contribute to leadership market insight across the UK, Europe and the Gulf region, supporting both live mandates and broader succession discussions.
